Section 1: Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Spade69 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game — you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.
• You agree to Spade69's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not currently on any gambling platform's self-exclusion list.

If you are registering on behalf of a company or business entity, you also confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Section 3: Registration & Account Management

When registering a Spade69 account, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify Spade69 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your contact details and payment information.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur within your account.

Spade69 reserves the right to decline registration, suspend, or terminate any account without providing a reason, particularly if we have grounds to believe that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or misleading.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before a player can make their first withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of current address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

• Spade69 reserves the right to decline or reverse any suspicious deposit without prior notice.

Section 5: Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawal of winnings at Spade69 is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal processing time is 1 to 24 business hours after the request has been approved.

• One welcome bonus per player: Each new player is entitled to one welcome bonus offer only. Attempting to register multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses is a serious breach of these Terms.

• RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by a random number generator that has been certified by an independent auditing body. Spade69 has no control over the individual outcome of any game.
• Live dealer game outcomes depend entirely on the physical actions of the dealer and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Spade69 will resolve any dispute based on transaction records stored in our system. Spade69's decision in such matters is final.

• Cancelled or postponed events: If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from its original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded. Exceptions may apply for bets that were already settled prior to the cancellation being declared.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the Spade69 support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded once the verification process is complete, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

Section 12: Amendments to Terms & Limitation of Liability
